South Island Tour; (4-6 hours) €60 per person
Discover the south end of Fuerteventura, where you’ll be taken through beautiful landscapes, from Betancuria and the Ajuy Caves, all the way down to Sotovento and Morro Jable. We can sample local cuisine, and enjoy the beauty of this half of the island. Start time is 10:00 am.
What To Expect
1- Pozo Negro - Passing through typical and characteristic villages, we will visit
the farm, the animal area and the production area of QUESO MAJORERO,
the famous goat's cheese from Fuerteventura. Possibility to purchase
typical food and wine products of the Canary Islands. 30 minutes
2- Mirador Guise y Ayose - We stop at a beautiful panoramic point at 600m
above sea level where we can admire the typical beauty of Fuerteventura.15 minutes
3- Mirador del Risco de las Penas - We will travel along one of the island's
panoramic roads, famous for its hairpin bends and differences in altitude, a
road used by great two-wheel lovers. We will pass the old historical capital
BETANCURIA (non stop), to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of one of the
most mountainous areas of Fuerteventura. 1 hour
4- Monumento Natural de Ajuy - We will visit the natural caves of Ajuy, a
small fishing village where we can spend free time on the black beach or
savor local dishes. Possibility of lunch in restaurants with special prices. 2 hours

5- Playa de Sotavento. We will continue our journey further south, crossing
the island from west to east to arrive at Playa de Sotavento, 18 km of white
beach famous for its kite and wind surfing world championships. Here we
will relax a little longer to enjoy the sunny day. 45 minutes
North Island Tour; (4-6 hours) €60 per person
Enjoy the incredible landscapes of the north on this day trip, where we will visit the Corralejo Natural Park, stop by some coastal villages, pass the white-sand
beaches of El Cotillo, and check out the cliffs of Piedra Playa. Start time 10:00 am
What To Expect
1- Parque Natural de Corralejo. We will travel the entire length of the
Corralejo Dunas, stopping for a walk and photo opportunity. 20 minutes
2- We will visit the "FINCA CANARIAS" showroom of the famous plant with
multiple properties, ALOE VERA. Demonstration and free trial of the
products with the production staff. Possibility to buy natural products
directly on site.
3- Lagunas y Playa de El Cotillo (Pass By). We will continue towards the West
coast passing through the village of El Cotillo, a fishing village that still has
the quiet and slightly wild style of the past.
4- Playa De La Concha El Cotillo. We will stop to relax and enjoy a few hours of
sun in the area called "Los Lagos" an area famous for its natural pools with
white sand beaches such as Playa de la Concha. Possibility to have lunch in
the adjacent area in the various tapas bars or restaurants. Stop time 1 hour
45 minutes / 2 hours total. (including time for snacks or lunch). LUNCH NOT
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. 2 hours
5- Faro del Toston, the Lighthouse. We will visit the north/west end of the
island, the TOSTON LIGHTHOUSE, a beautiful place where you can admire
the incredible Atlantic coast in one of the wildest locations on
Fuerteventura. 15 minutes
6- Castillo de El Toston. We will stop to admire the true WEST COAST of the
island, passing by the CASTILLO DE TOSTON, arriving at the cliffs of PIEDRA
PLAYA, a famous spot for surfing and kite-surfing, a magical location for
taking breathtaking photos. 15 minutes
Full Island Tour (6-8 hours) €75 per person
What To Expect
1- Corallejo Dunes, a protected natural park with some of the most beautiful coastline in the world. 10 km of coral sand beaches. This is where Wonder Woman was filmed in 1984. Absolutely stunning views. We will have time
to stop at the most famous dune for pictures. 20 minutes.
2- We will visit the FINCA CANARIAS showroom for a demonstration and
free trial of their Aloe Vera products by the production staff. Possibility to
buy natural products directly on site. 45 minutes.
3- Montana de Tindaya (Pass By). Montaña (old volcano) Tindaya was, and still
is, a place of worship of our ancient people of the island. Its a magical place.
4- Betancuria. This was the capital city of the island from the 1400s-1800s. We
will stop for a coffee (not included) / toilet (€1), and time enough to visit
the cathedral Santa Maria (2€ ). 45 minutes
5- Ajuy Caves. Here we will have time to walk along the black volcanic beach, s
well as visit the natural caves. This will also be our lunch stop. LUNCH NOT
INCLUDED. 1 hour 30 minutes.
6- Mirador de las Penitas. With incredible views from the Barrancos and west
coast. It is a perfect photo stop. 10 minutes.
7- Mirador Guise y Ayose. Amazing views (700 m), where you will find the
famous statues of the 2 brother kings of the Guanches. 10 minutes
8- Sotovento and Morro Jable. We will continue our journey to go further
south, crossing the island from west to east to arrive at Playa de Sotavento,
18 km of white beach famous for its kite and wind surfing world
championships. Here we will relax a little longer to enjoy the sunny day. 45 minutes
9- The salt museum at Salinas del Carmen, is the only salt mines in
Fuerteventura that are still in operation. Established in the late 18 th century,
the mine occupies an area of 26,000 m2 and consist of 10 pans and almost
1000 pits. Opportunity to buy products at their store. (€6 entrance fee if
you so choose). 30 minutes
10- Puerto del Rosario, (pass by). Puerto del Rosario is the capital of
Fuerteventura since 1835. It is also the largest town and the economic
heart of the island. Currently around 49,000 inhabitants.
